Our Devon Liaison and Diversion Service takes referrals from court or custody staff if they are concerned that someone they are in contact with has mental health, learning disability, alcohol or substance misuse issues.

We carry out assessments and provide advice on how to support people, make recommendations about the best course of action and refer or signpost people according to their needs.
