Our community mental health teams for adults provide specialist assessment and treatment to people aged 18 years and older who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and wellbeing.

Our team is made up of a number of professionals, including doctors, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists and support workers.

Their aim is to work with you to support your recovery to enable you to return to manageable levels of activity and independence
