Our Single Point of Access (SPA) Team manages external referrals to our organisation for the following services, providing a streamlined and centralised entry point.
We ensure that all urgent and routine referrals from GPs and other statutory providers are processed and responded to in a timely way, following a robust clinical triage process.
GPs can also contact the team for advice and guidance. The team will direct any such query to the appropriate team.
All GP referrals must be sent via e-Referrals.
We operate Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
