Our Single Point of Access (SPA) Team manages external referrals to our organisation for the following services, providing a streamlined and centralised entry point.
We ensure that all urgent and routine referrals from GPs, and other statutory providers, are processed and responded to in a timely way, following a robust clinical triage process.
In addition, we provide a crisis support call handling service between the hours of 20:00-08:00 for anyone contacting a Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team out of hours.
At weekends and bank holidays, we provide telephone support to people who use our services or anyone presenting with moderate to severe mental ill health via Devon Doctors.
