Referral Management Team

Our Referral Management Team (RMT) manages external referrals to our organisation for the following services, providing a streamlined and centralised entry point.

• Adults (Mental Health Assessment Team)
• Older people's mental health (OPMH)
• Devon Memory Service (DMS)

We ensure that all urgent and routine referrals from GPs and other statutory providers are processed and responded to in a timely way, following a robust clinical triage process by the clinical teams.

GPs can also refer to the team for advice and guidance. The team will direct any such query to the appropriate team.

How to refer to our service

All GP referrals must be sent via e-Referrals Service (e-RS).

Opening hours

We operate Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
