Making contact if you are Deaf

You can contact us using a British Sign Language (BSL). Just use the InterpretersLive! service, provided by Sign Solutions.

The InterpretersLive! service is available 7-days-a-week between 8am and 8pm.

You can also pre-book BSL Video Interpreters and other types of remote communication support for anytime and anywhere via any video platform.

How does it work?

  • You connect to a BSL/English interpreter who can see what you sign.
  • BSL/English interpreter calls us and relays what you sign.
  • On your screen, you can see the BSL/English interpreter sign our reply.

Urgent? Crisis? Between 8pm and 8am

If you need to contact us urgently then you can use the NHS111 video relay service. The service is operated by SignVideo and a trained interpreter will connect you to NHS111 and our services.
