You can contact us using a British Sign Language (BSL). Just use the InterpretersLive! service, provided by Sign Solutions.
The InterpretersLive! service is available 7-days-a-week between 8am and 8pm.
You can also pre-book BSL Video Interpreters and other types of remote communication support for anytime and anywhere via any video platform.

If you need to contact us urgently at night time (8pm in the evening to 8am in the morning) then you can use the NHS111 video relay service. The service is operated by SignVideo and a trained interpreter will connect you to NHS111 and our services.
You can also contact NHS111 through the SignVideo app (links to the app can be found on the SignVideo website).
