In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic the Government has issued advice on social distancing measures and the need to avoid travel, wherever possible, in order to reduce transmission.
As a result of this guidance, the Trust has made the decision to hold its Board of Directors meetings virtually until further notice, using MS Teams.
If you would like to attend one of our Board meetings please email Louise Stokes, Corporate Affairs Business Manager on email@example.com who will email you the MS Teams joining link and guidelines for attending the meeting. You will need to join 5-10 minutes before the meetings starts, as we are unable to admit participants after the start of the meeting.
Members of the public are also invited to submit questions relating to the agenda of the Board prior to the meeting and where possible a response to a question asked will be given at the meeting.
Where this is not possible a written response will be provided within 10 working days. Any questions can be submitted to Louise Stokes, Corporate Affairs Business Manager by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone on 01392 208814 please by 12 noon on the working day before the meeting so that any necessary enquiries can be made in order to enable a full answer to be given.
