Sponsored by Director of Quality Improvement, Dr Helen Smith.

Winner:

  • Sally Pritchard, Mark Harrison and the Beech Ward Team

For driving forward a journey of continuous improvement and quality assurance. Sally, Mark and the team had successfully developed and adopted a number of innovations and improvements that ensure they deliver the safest possible care. Highly Commended:

  • Jane Gosling and the Catering Team

For being a true inspiration, constantly looking at ways to improve the service whilst ensuring people who use our services are at the centre and sustaining the Soil Association Silver Award for another year.

The team has also made a number of improvements based on the learning from the poor weather conditions experienced at the start of the year, ensuring they can continue to deliver a high quality service if we ever see extremes of weather like that again.
