Sarah Barker, Hilary Williams and Christine Tout for leading work to involve people with a learning disability to engage meaningfully in the interview process for OT staff.

The Patient Council at Langdon was set up as part of a three-way approach designed to bring together the voices of those within the service to improve experience and act on feedback.

Ken Low and Matt Smith at Langdon were nominated by Nick for giving him confidence and working alongside him to create an award-winning animation and music project to the highest standard.

Four Steps to Safety Team - Andrea Langley, Sam Illes and Ian Henwood - lead on a project designed to reduce violence across all of our inpatient services.

Craig Lennox and Richard Spencer were nominated for the work they have undertaken in helping to set up The Patient Council at Langdon, in helping to break down the barriers and the myths surrounding mental health, and for collaborating with us on a number of events.
