The Special Board Award

Every year, one of the winners also receives the added recognition of receiving a special award from our Board. This year the Board singled-out The Patient Council at Langdon for particular recognition for the dedication and passion with which they carry out their work.

"They truly epitomise the approach we aspire to for all of our services and it is for this that they are awarded the Board Award.”

The award was presented by our Chair, Julie Dent, and there was a huge round of prolonged applause as the people involved with The Patient Council stepped-up to receive their award.
