The Devon Dementia Collaboration is a partnership between Devon Partnership NHS Trust and the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, which increases access to innovative research in the field of dementia.

Our Liaison Team in Exeter has worked in partnership with the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital to move from a 15 hour service to 24 hour provision and still deliver a safe standard of service with high quality care.

The team at The Cedars was nominated for their partnership working with their colleagues in Exeter Liaison team and staff at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital for their response to a very challenging clinical situation involving someone with serious physical and mental health needs.
