Developed, led and supported by employers, MINDFUL EMPLOYER® provides businesses and organisations with easier access to information and support for staff who experience stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health conditions.
Addaction, Asda, AXA PPP Healthcare, Aunt Bessie's, Big Lottery Fund, Care Quality Commission, Caterpillar, Dept of Health, Dept for Work & Pensions, Emma Bridgewater, Great Ormond Street Hospital, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, ITN, Macmillan Cancer Support, Met Office, Morrisons, Musicians Union, Nationwide, Nestlé, Portakabin, Public Health England, Reed, Santander UK, Serco, The Children's Society, XPO...
... are among the hundreds of employers who are signatories to the Charter for Employers who are Positive About Mental Health.
The Charter is just one part of the MINDFUL EMPLOYER®. The Charter is a voluntary commitment. It's not an accreditation, award or a set of quality standards but is about working towards the principles of it – signing up is a step along a journey not the end of it.
Over 1.5 million people work for Charter signatories. Any employer can sign the Charter - small, medium or large, public, private or voluntary sector.
