What is Freedom of Information?

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 gives you the right to access recorded information held by the trust. We are committed to being open and accessible and routinely publish information on our organisation whenever possible. Our website contains a wide range of information about our organisation and our performance.

If you can’t find the information you need, have any queries about FOI or have a specific request, you can submit a Freedom of Information request by email to: dpt.ig@nhs.net, or by letter to: Devon Partnership NHS Trust, Wonford House, Dryden Road, Exeter, EX2 5AF.

By law we have to deal with your request within 20 working days. If you are unhappy with the way in which we deal with your request you can request a review of any decision we make. If after the review you are still unhappy with the situation you can complain to the Information Commissioner. You can contact them in writing at: Information Commissioner, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK95 5AF.
